Section titled “Business Features ”Business adds light multi-location operations, the REST API with API keys and outbound webhooks, Voice Copilot / RingCentral integration, advanced customer export, and AI manager insights (with an AI add-on). A self-hosted deployment package is also available from Business.
Enterprise Features Enterprise
